Can I change my order after I place it?
We do our best to fulfill orders promptly and unfortunately we are unable to make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the shipping address. If an error has been made in your order information, the quickest way to do this is to create a new order with the correct information and then notify our customer service team.
How long will it take for my shoes to ship?
We will deliver the products to you as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days from the order date. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your delivery within the indicated time frame. Your shoes will reach you within 1 week in France and continental Europe and within 2 weeks internationally.
